The Commission presented two proposals, for a regulation and a directive to the European Parliament and Council on July 12th, 2006. They are Regulation [ 2006/0136 ( COD ) - COM (2006) 388 final ]and Directive [ 2006/0132 ( COD) - COM (2006) 373 final ].

Involved since the Commission initiated its thematic strategy on the sustainable use of PPP and the Corfu meeting in 2002, AUDACE has, since July 2006, presented its comments and observation to the national and community competent authorities.
